This week, it is a pleasure to shine a spotlight on our Athletic Boosters.
This organization brings spirit and financial support to our Laker Athletic programs. The organization purchases uniforms, warm-up gear, and equipment for our Laker teams. They provide annual scholarships and host many events such as Team Media Days and Bingo Nights.
I, along with the members of our FLRSD community, appreciate the Boosters’ contributions and value the group’s partnership in supporting our student athletes and coaches. All funds raised by the Boosters benefit and promote Laker teams and student athletes.
Please consider becoming a member and be sure to follow the Boosters:
Every Boosters’ event, from Bingo Nights to wreath sales, is an opportunity for student volunteerism. Volunteering with Boosters is a requirement to be considered for the ARHS Boosters’ Scholarships.
The Boosters’ next meeting is Monday, November 9th at 7:00 pm in the Middle School Library. Anyone and everyone is welcome. There is also an online attendance option. The link will be publicized in upcoming emails and social media posts.
There is a Boosters’ sponsored Bingo Night scheduled for November 14th at 7:00 pm at the Freetown VFW (
