After losing to Bridgewater in overtime earlier in the season, the girls basketball team got their revenge and beat Bridgewater 25 to 17. Together, the team played some fantastic defense, especially in the 2nd and 3rd quarters when Bridgewater only scored free throws! The boys team also dominated their win! Both teams take on Middleboro today in the last game of the season.
Both the boys and girls basketball teams won against Westport yesterday. Come cheer on the teams on Wednesday for their last home game against Bridgewater.
This past Wednesday, the boys basketball team took on Seekonk. Before entering the game, Seekonk had only lost one game, making them a formidable team. FLMS got off to a hot start and didn't look back! On Monday, they look to take on Westport.

The girls basketball team started off the new year with a bang, beating Raynham 39-17. The team's defense was incredible, stealing the ball left and right. The team really locked in the second half, when they scored 18 points and only allowed Raynham to score 6! Congratulations on a big win!

The boys basketball team took on Norton Middle School yesterday and won 45-38. It was an extremely close game until the last few minutes! On Wednesday, they look to take on Westport at home to continue their win streak of 3-0!

This year's Giving Tree begins this week. The Giving Tree supports the families at the Conway House in Middleboro. Pick up a star in the library to participate. Once you've gotten a star, the attached QR code will direct you and your family to sign up to donate a toy or household item. We will be collecting items until December 21st.
