We had a wonderful Back to School Night on Thursday September 16th. Thank you to all of the parents and guardians that attended. A good time was had by all!
School Club Update
Art Club: If you like drawing,creating and making, then Art Club is for you! The first meeting will be after school on September 29th. If interested, have your parent/guardian email Mr. Alves, jalves@freelake.org, with permission to participate. Don’t wait! There are a limited number of spaces available.
Freelake Leaders - Grade 8: The first meeting for Grade 8 Freelake Leaders will be Tuesday, September 20 until 3:15. The meeting will be in the Courtyard if the weather permits.
School Sports Update
The Boys and Girls Cross Country Teams both ran well on Wednesday and defeated the visiting Berkley Middle School Team. It was truly a team win as both groups cheered each other on during the races. Thank you to all of the families that came out to watch! It was a great event!

There is a change to our website this year. The Live Feed has taken the place of the recorded version or our morning announcements. You can locate the Live Feed under the menu on the Middle School website. Our new app will also have announcements on it.
