Dear FLMS Students and Families,
Plans for opening day are being finalized, building updates are completed and the staff is preparing engaging lessons for the classroom! FLMS Spirit is everywhere and we are anticipating your arrival.
The first day of school is Tuesday, September 6th. Please note the following before then:

Students will have their School Picture taken on the first day of school, September 6th. Picture forms were sent home via email on August 30th.
The following are pieces of information you need to know regarding the first day of school.
Classrooms are open at 7:35 AM (early arrivals wait in the cafeteria, doors open at 7:15 AM)
Advisory/Homeroom begins promptly at 7:45 and school will conclude at 2:05.
Homeroom assignments were sent out to families on August 19th.
Lunches will remain free for all students for the 2022-23 school year.

The 6th Grade/New Student Orientation was a big hit! Over 150 families joined us for a night of information and fun!
