School Updates

National Junior Honor Society - On Wednesday, June 5th, our National Junior Honor Society members traveled to Newport, RI for their field trip. They toured the Breakers mansion and had a great visit at Brenton Point State Park. Congratulations to all members for a great year in NJHS. Thank you for your scholarly efforts as well as your service to our community! 

Grade 8 News:  As we enter into the 4th term there are several important events for the 8th graders as they prepare for their move into high school.

  • The 8th Grade Promotion Ceremony will be held on June 18th in the FLMS gymnasium. The ceremony will begin at 9:30 AM.  Informational letters were emailed to parents on June 7, 2024

Upcoming Events:

The school year is quickly drawing to a close.  We have many fun and important events planned for the students. Please be sure to mark your calendars!

  • June 18th - 8th Grade Promotion Ceremony

  • June 19th - No School for Juneteenth

  • June 20th - Last Day of School (½ day)
